This blog is going to start under going a transition. I’ll still have an ask the kittens tumblr but i’ve had trouble with it being my main. Therefore when I get home, things are going to change and over time posts will be more or less like the last post with question/answer drawn posts thrown in.
I have a habit of forgetting how I did things so in glad ive got some good wips

my 2 week old kitten is acting very odd. a few days ago he was happy and doing normal kitten things. now he just seems like a vegetable. he cries very seldomly and barely moves :( he wont eat now and hes always sleepy and acting weak. ive been paying very close attention to him and hes just not normal. very heartbreaking. im very concerned because hes excluding himself from his mother and siblings. the mother tries to take care of him but hw refuses. please i need answers.
Yeah! Time to turn my blog into another kitten corner.
Alright, well there’s really a few concerning things here obviously. With kittens that are only two weeks old, it’s very common for them to not be very active since they are still itty bitty babies who like to sleep. At about two weeks they’re eyes should just be starting to open and almost be there but they still need quite a bit of help. As far as him excluding himself, it could just be that he’s wandering off and since his senses aren’t going to be all there until 3-4 weeks, it’s probably accidental. Take in mind I’m not a trained veterinarian. However, I would suggest putting him with his mother when he seems like he’s straggling a little. Keep an eye on him and if he doesn’t latch on at all every time you put him near his mother, I’d suggest taking him to the vet.
